Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Card Payment

Available payment channels:

  1. Credit / Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)

  2. QR Code Payment (PromptPay)

  3. Installment Payment (for eligible minimum amounts and participating banks only)

Payment Conditions:

  1. The order will be completed only after payment confirmation is received from 2C2P.

  2. If payment is not completed within the specified time, the system will automatically cancel the order.

  3. The store reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with the payment terms.

Payment Security:

  1. All payment data is encrypted and processed directly by the 2C2P system.

  2. The store does not store any credit card or financial information of customers.

  3. For any inquiries regarding payment, please contact our Customer Service team.

 

 

How to Make an Online Payment

  1. Go to the website and click the shopping bag icon at the top right corner.

  2. Click Checkout.

  3. Fill in your email, name, address, and phone number for delivery.

  4. Customers who wish to request a full tax invoice can tick the checkbox "I want a tax invoice (optional)" and enter their 13-digit taxpayer ID number.

  5. Click the "Pay Now" button.

  6. Choose your payment method:

 

 

1. Credit Card Payment (GLOBAL CARD)

  • Enter your credit card information: Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV.

  • Step 1.1: Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) and click "Confirm".

  • Step 1.2: The system will process the payment automatically.

 

 

QR Code Payment Method

  • Select QR PAYMENT (the payer’s name must be in English only) and click "Generate QR".

  • The system will generate a QR Code for you to scan and complete the payment.

Once payment is made, the system will automatically process it and show your Order Summary.
